The Soundlapse project (2019-22) is an interdisciplinary research initiative highlighting the acoustical heritage of wetlands in the south of Chile. Eight sound artists were commissioned to compose works using periodic field recordings of the “Parque Urbano El Bosque” wetland soundscapes in Valdivia. The album includes works by Aki Pasoulas, Pete Stollery, Francisco López, Alejandro Albornoz, Brona Martin, Rob Mackay and Felipe Otondo.
